Bound for Africa! 24 sets of Drilling Waste Management equipment shipped
2026-10-16
Yesterday, the complete sets of
Drilling Waste Management equipment from Brightway Energy officially commenced loading. Eighteen trucks lined up neatly at the site. The 24 sets of equipment stood fully assembled and ready for shipment, bound for Africa to support local oilfield environmental protection projects.
The shipped complete Drilling Waste Management packages include core units such as
decanter centrifuges with integrated operating support platforms, cuttings dryers fitted with jib crane lifting devices, and screw conveyors, forming a closed-loop solution for drilling waste treatment. Custom-developed for field operating conditions of African oilfields, the full package addresses the requirements of drilling fluid recovery, cuttings volume reduction and environmentally sound disposal.
The jib crane enables convenient hoisting of equipment components and materials; the centrifuge comes with a dedicated integrated support platform to facilitate on-site inspection, operation and maintenance. The whole system efficiently carries out drilling solid-liquid separation, cuttings drying and closed material conveying. It complies with environmental regulations and continuous operation requirements of local oilfield projects, drastically cuts the volume of waste for outward transportation, helps customers achieve harmless disposal of drilling waste, and substantially reduces overall project operating costs.

The equipment has passed multiple factory acceptance tests including full-machine operation, sealing, load and anti-corrosion tests. Coated with premium anti-corrosion paint, it features high temperature resistance and sandstorm resistance, meeting overseas export standards and adapting to the harsh working conditions of African oilfields. This bulk delivery fully recognizes Brightway Energy’s technical strength and delivery capacity in complete solid control and Drilling Waste Management systems.
Moving forward, Brightway Energy will further leverage its strengths in equipment R&D and manufacturing, providing high-quality solid control and integrated Drilling Waste Management solutions for oil and gas clients at home and abroad. We will work together with global partners to promote efficient and green energy development.
