One set Drilling Mud Solid Control System Sent to India

On Jan.15, Brightway has sent one set drilling mud solid control system to India. This system is designed and customized according to customer demand.It will be matching with ZJ50 Drilling Rig of ONGC ((Oil and Natural Gas Corporation) and be used for processing and recycling of oil drilling mud.
The ZJ50 Mud Solid Control System is mainly consists of the following equipments:
1. Two units BWZS series drilling fluid shale shakers;
2. One unit BWLW series drilling fluid decanter centrifuge;
3. One unit BWNJ series Mud Cleaner: PU material cyclone.
4. One unit BWSLH series Jet Mud Mixer (no shear pump)
5. Five units customized Mud Tanks.
The mud tanks of this system is adoped trapezoidal corrugated design and have the characteristics of durable, sound insulation, waterproof, energy conservation. New type Jet Mud Mixer takes manifold shearing device and no shear pump and saves equipment cost.
